Distinguished Sales Society 
The REALTORS® Distinguished Sales Society Club is to honor REALTORS® demonstrating the commitment and dedication to rise to the top of their profession. Real Estate is more than just showing beautiful homes. Distinguished Sales Society members show their exceptional skills in listening, negotiating, organization, attention to details, understanding legal and financial issues, and all routinely juggled under the stress of moving and change. Real Estate is typically a summary of life experiences: of education, previous careers transition, and dedication to truly serving people. It requires working days, nights, and especially weekends and is unique in that all the work is done, all the negotiations settled, all concerns met, and all the papers signed, long before the Realtor® is compensated. Commitment to service and success are the standards.....and it shows! Each REALTOR® in this Club has sold over one million dollars or more during any calendar year in Real Estate and has volunteered their time to their local board association.

REALTOR® of the Year
The REALTOR® of the Year Award is judged on REALTOR® spirit, civic activity, business accomplishments, and local, state and national association involvement.

Affiliate of the Year
The Affiliate of the Year Award is awarded to the Affiliate member who is an active participant in the Board; recognized for good business conduct, service to clients, high principles and faithfulness to laws and regulations that govern their respective profession; dedicated to the furtherance of high standards of practice among all SABOR members and the general public; and are loyal and dedicated to private property rights and home ownership.

Savannah Board of REALTORS® and Savannah Multi List Corporation President Awards
The SABOR and SMLC president awards are given annually by the current president of both SABOR and SMLC to the member who has contributed the most toward accomplishing the president’s goals set for their year.

Charles F. Fulton Award
The Charles F. Fulton Award was established in memory of the first SABOR President in 1909, presented to the member who has been active in the organization for at least ten years, has continued leadership and support to the board and has been a past recipient of the REALTOR® of the Year.

Konter Hall of Fame Award
The Konter Hall of Fame Award was established in memory of Lawrence J. Konter and in honor of Harriet K. Konter. This award is given to members who have excelled, through a minimum of twenty (20) years of service to the local, state and national associations, to the real estate industry, the community, and the public.  Candidates were evaluated in the areas of longevity, productivity, association service, and overall image within the industry and general public. 

Philip M Heidt Award
The Philip M. Heidt Award was established in memory of REALTOR® Philip Heidt. This award is to recognize the Broker, Owner or Manager that shows outstanding professional and personal achievement by a full time professional Broker, Owner or Manager.
